Slices

We're going to look at plugins being slices (as in, merb-slices). This will be key to stabilizing the Feather app for the 0.5 milestone.

Oh, there is a separate branch on the plugins repo ("slices") that'll be used to run against edge Merb to start the work on merb-slices.
