Removing a ping service after it's used makes the ping logs throw an error

Deleting a ping service after it's been used, and then attempting to view the logs, throws an error. The logs for the ping service that is deleted also need to be removed, or the logs need to just show "unknown" for the service that they relate to if it's unable to find the ping service that created the log.

Fixed - it just displays "Unknown" now when the ping service a log pertains to can no longer be found.
