feather-mephisto broken permalinks

The permalinks pad the month and day in the mephisto importer... which mephisto did not do, so therefore things like google indexes were broke.

Jake fixed the Mephisto importer to keep the permalinks as they were within Mephisto, ensuring existing links continue to work.
