in feather-tags , imported Tags with different casings are getting treated to be different in the backend... but the same in the front end as far as routing goes...
I have the tags Females and females both listed in the tag cloud, but they both point to females which only has 1 post and Females has a lot more...

All tags are now created lowercase. This means that whether it's imported, or done as part of the normal article creation, the tags are effectively case insensitive, which should resolve any ambiguity.
You may need to manually update the tags/articles you have that have the issue already though, as this fix will only work from now on for new tags.
