Feeds issues

While this plugin is mostly compliant and prepared for the 0.5 release, there were some niggly issues that I've fixed.
Namely:
Updated feed_setting model to autoincrement (key -> serial) ID, so .new will work in dm0.9
Updated the sidebar view to use link_to instead of building a link by hand - this one was personally causing my links to be built as "http://127.0.0.1:4000/articles.rss", etc. Theres' another one of these in the mailer for comments, which I haven't quite worked around yet ;}
