feather-ping log rotation

Any way we could rotate the ping log table? The row count can get large... And maybe even an option to turn it off?
Btw, Feedster always fails for me... with:

Service URL: http://api.feedster.com/ping
Successful? false
Message: HTTP-Error: 404 Not Found
When? yesterday
And it looks like the log might not paginate...

I think Feedster is not available any more, so we should probably just remove that as a default. Good idea with the pagination and auto-rotate of the ping log table however, as with the recent activity table, it's really only useful to see recent logs, so we should be able to safely auto-rotate and remove old entries.
I've assigned this to me, I'll look into the pagination/auto-rotation, if anyone would like to take it on before I get to it though, give me a shout and I'll re-assign it.
